CHEESE AND VEGETABLE CROSTATA

INGREDIENTS

  • Time:
  • – Meals 0000 160 gr
  • – sal 1 cdta
  • – flax seeds 1 tbsp
  • – sunflower seeds 1 tbsp
  • – sunflower oil 40 gr
  • – water 70 gr.
  • Stuffed:
  • – 100 g cream cheese
  • – Salt and pepper
  • – 2 zucchinis lower into skinny slices
  • – 2 cubed zucchini
  • – 2 eggplants, cubed
  • – 2 grated carrots
  • – 3 inexperienced onions lower into slices
  • – 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • – 4 tablespoons of grated cheese
  • – Cream cheese
  • – 2 eggs
  • – ¼ cup of milk
  • – 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • – Salt and pepper

For the mass:
– In a bowl, combine all of the substances, knead for five minutes till it turns into a clean ball and relaxation for 10 minutes coated.

– Roll out the dough to 2 mm thickness and place in a cake mould.

For the filling:
– Cowl the bottom of the cake with the grated cheese.

– In a bowl, combine all of the greens, season with salt and pepper, add the parsley and cream cheese.

– In one other bowl beat the eggs with the milk.

– Pour the greens over the cake after which the combination, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

– Bake at 170C° till the dough is golden.
