Cheese and mushroom lasagna

INGREDIENTS

  • Do-it-yourself dough:
  • – Flour 0000 400 g.
  • – Semolin 200 g.
  • – Farm eggs 6 u.
  • – 5 cuts of selfmade pasta measuring 15 x 25 cm.
  • – Garlic 2 cloves.
  • – portobellos 8 u.
  • – Gargoyles 8 u.
  • – Pine mushrooms 5 u (dried rehydrated or contemporary).
  • – Thyme 1 twig.
  • – Additional virgin olive oil.
  • – Salt and black pepper
  • – Mascarpone 300 g.
  • – Exhausting cheese 200 g.
  • – Semi-hard cheese 300 g.
  • – Egg 1 to 2 u.
  • – Butter 50 g.

1.Combine all of the components and knead till it has a clean texture.

2.Let it relaxation, wrapped in plastic wrap, for not less than half-hour.

3.Stretch and lower as desired.

4.Blanken the dough.

5.Saute the mushrooms lower into slices with the garlic and thyme till golden. Season and reserve.

6.Combine all of the cheeses, the egg and season.

7.Assemble the lasagna beginning with a layer of dough, then cheeses, then mushrooms, dough once more, so on, ending with cheeses.

8.Cook dinner in a reasonable oven till it has a pleasant gratin on the floor.
