- – Sugar 500 g – Pectin (optionally available) 10.
- – Lemon juice 10 cc.

- – Chocolate slabs.

Cookie dough:
1.Grind the dry cookies with a processor till there’s a powder.
2.Soften the butter.
3.Combine the bottom cookies with the butter with the assistance of a spatula and put aside.

2.In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, add the eggs, then the heavy cream, add the dry substances, and at last the melted butter and lemon zest.

1.Macerate it with sugar for 12 hours in a stainless-steel bowl within the fridge.
2.After the time has handed, prepare dinner over low warmth till it reaches 104/105ºC.
3.Add pectin to the candy, incorporate it together with the fruits, blended with slightly sugar. Acid adopted.

Ornament:
1.Assemble a 17 cm diameter ring with aluminum foil on the base.
2.Distribute the cookie dough evenly on the underside of the ring and press to compact, refrigerate for 10 minutes, then pour the cheese combination and prepare dinner.
