INGREDIENTS

  • – Onion.
  • – Swiss chard or spinach.
  • – Avocado.
  • – Grated carrot.
  • – Grated beets.
  • – Laborious-boiled egg.
  • – Hummus.
  • – Non-obligatory:

    tuna and hen.

  • – Crushed tomato.
  • – Rosemary, salt, pepper and oil.
  • – Cooked ham 1 handful.
  • – Grated uncooked beet.
  • – Laborious cheese.
  • – Nutmeg.

PROCEDURE:

1. For the sauce, soften the finely chopped onion with salt in a frying pan with oil. When it is rather tender, add the crushed tomato and prepare dinner just a little extra with rosemary.

2. Immerse the chard leaves with out the stems in boiling water with salt to blanch for just a few seconds. Place on absorbent paper to dry properly.

3. For the filling, in a bowl put the cooked ham, the chopped chard stalks that you just separated, the grated beet and grated cheese. Season with a pinch of nutmeg, salt, pepper and oil. Mingle.

4. Assemble the rolls by wrapping the filling with the chard leaves. Serve in a bowl with the tomato sauce and bake with mozzarella or grated cheese till it melts , and you’ve got a hearty and really scrumptious dish! .
