INGREDIENTS

  • – Vanilla 35 models.
  • – Moscato c/n.
  • – Dulce de leche confectioner c/n.
  • – Crema chantilly 500 g.
  • – Chips de chocolate 100 g.
  • Pastry maker:
  • – Milk ½ L.
  • – Sugar 125 g.
  • – Corn starch 40 g.
  • – Yolk 6 models.
  • – Vanilla essence.
  • To brighten:
  • – Chocolate bathtub 1 sachet.

CHARLOTTE DE MARTA get pleasure from this scrumptious French dessert following the recipe that Marta taught us in Cooking Recipes .

PROCEDURE:

1. For the pastry, deliver the milk to a boil with half the sugar.

2. Individually, beat the starch with the remainder of the sugar and the yolks. Pour the milk over the shake and combine with a whisk.

3. Pour this preparation into the pot, stir till it thickens, lastly including the essence.

4. To assemble, dip the vanilla in Moscato and make a base of seven on a dessert plate. Cowl with the pastry.

5. Make a brand new layer of vanilla and canopy with dulce de leche .

6. Repeat and canopy with chantilly cream plus chocolate chips . Cowl as soon as extra with vanilla beans.

7. Cowl with the (marbled) combination of the three fillings.

8. Make the final layer of vanilla and embellish with chantilly cream and streaks of chocolate dip. Get pleasure from it!! .
