CHARD TART

INGREDIENTS

  • Time:
  • – Flour 0000 500 g.
  • – Sal 15 g.
  • – Olive oil 50 cc.
  • – Water 200 cc.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Chard 2 bundles.
  • – Garlic 2 cloves.
  • – Onion 1 unit.
  • – Mar del Plata Cheese 100 g.
  • – Cream cheese 100 g.
  • – Eggs 5 items.
  • – Milk 250 cc.
  • – Salt, pepper and nutmeg to style.
  • – Onerous boiled egg 5 items.
  • – Nutmeg.

CHARD TART

PROCEDURE:

For the mass:
1. Combine the dry substances in a bowl. Within the middle, add the oil and water at room temperature. Stir with a spoon.
2. On the counter, knead for a short while, simply till you obtain a uniform dough. Let relaxation for 20 minutes, coated with plastic wrap.
3. Sprinkle the counter with flour and stretch the dough with a rolling pin till it’s 2-3 mm thick.

For the filling:

1. Sauté the finely chopped chard together with the stem and garlic and let it cool. Drain very properly in one other pan and sauté the onion.
2. Stretch the dough and line a 26 cm diameter mildew.
3. Combine the filling with the cheese, regulate the seasonings, add the eggs.
4. Pour the filling over the dough, place the hard-boiled eggs and canopy with the opposite dough, cowl.
