INGREDIENTS
- – 2 bundles of cooked chard.
- – 1 small onion chopped and sautéed.
- – Chopped garlic.
- – 1 tsp baking powder.
- – 2 eggs.
- – 50 g grated cheese.
- – 1 splash of soda.
- – 1 cup of flour.
- – Salt, pepper and nutmeg to style.
- – Oil for frying.
- Alioli:
- – 70 cc milk.
- – 2 cloves of garlic.
- – 75 cc olive oil.
- – Salt and a splash of lemon juice.

PROCEDURE:
