CHARD CANnelloni

INGREDIENTS

  • – Chard 2 bundles.
  • – Grated cheese.
  • – Onion 3 items.
  • – Pink bell pepper 2 items.
  • – Ricotta 300 g.
  • – Queso mozzarella 200 g.
  • – Thick white sauce 1 cup.
  • For the mass:
  • – Flour 250 g.
  • – Eggs 2 items.
  • – Milk 500 cc.
  • – Salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Thick white sauce:
  • – Milk 250 cc.
  • – Flour 40 g.
  • – Butter 40 g.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Prepared tomato sauce c/n.

CHARD CANnelloni to make at house very scrumptious with home made dough and thick white sauce!

PROCEDURE:
1. For the dough, combine somewhat milk with the egg, including the flour little by little till the dough is fashioned. Additionally step by step add the remainder of the flour and milk. Let it relaxation for half an hour. If mandatory, add water to make it extra liquid.
2. Make the pancakes in a pan and put aside.
3. In a saucepan, sauté the onion, bell pepper and garlic seasoned with salt and pepper. Add the uncooked chard with chopped stalks and cook dinner till it dries nicely.
4. As soon as prepared, add the white sauce, ricotta and grated mozzarella cheese.
5. Assemble the cannelloni by putting tomato sauce on the underside, the cannelloni and sauce on high. Plus grated cheese and some tablespoons of cream.
6. Prepare dinner within the oven, and revel in them!!
