Chard bites

Substances

2 packages of chard

2 eggs

1/2 cup of milk

1/2 cup grated cheese

Salt and pepper to style

pizza seasoning 1 tsp

nutmeg to style

flour 1/2 cup

Preparation

Boil the chard (steamed if attainable)

Drain very nicely and chop finely (let all of the water come out!)

Beat the 2 eggs with the milk

Add the chopped chard and slightly flour

Add the seasonings (I prefer it with slightly salt, loads of pepper, a pinch of nutmeg and loads of pizza seasoning…however that’s as much as every individual’s style)

Add extra flour till a paste is shaped that’s neither too onerous nor too squeaky (it’s preferable that there’s not sufficient flour earlier than there’s an excessive amount of!)

Fry in a pan with sizzling oil. Place spoonfuls with a big spoon immediately into the pan.

They’re fried on either side and eliminated on kitchen paper in order that the oil drains.

Variante LIGHT :

Use skim milk and cheese, change with entire wheat flour.

Warmth the oven and bake them, as a substitute of fried, in a roasting pan with slightly vegetable oil.
