CHARD AND WHITE SAUCE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • – Flour 0000 250 g.
  • – Sal fina 1 cdta.
  • – Butter 100 g.
  • – Eggs 1 unit.
  • – Ice water 4 tbsp approx.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Chard 1 bundle.
  • – Onion 2 models.
  • – Eggs 3 models.
  • – Milk 100 cc.
  • White sauce:
  • – Butter 50 g.
  • – Flour 0000 50 g.
  • – Milk 500 cc.
  • – Garlic 1 clove.
  • – Salt and nutmeg.
  • – Buttery cheese 200 g.

Process:

1. Reduce the butter into pea-sized cubes and place within the freezer for a couple of minutes.
