INGREDIENTS
- – 4 pork steaks.
- Marinade:
- – 2 cloves of crushed garlic.
- – 1 sprig of thyme.
- – Juice of two lemons.
- – 1 tbsp crushed peppercorns.
- – 1 tbsp of honey.
- – 1 tbsp mustard.
- Creole sauce:
- – Chopped purple onion.
- – Chopped tomato.
- – Chopped crimson bell pepper.
- – Vinegar.
- – Sal.
- – Pepper.
- – Oil.
- Mashed potatoes:
- – 2 burnt eggplants.
- – Potatoes.
MARINED PORK CHURRASQUITOS with Creole sauce and mashed candy potatoes
PROCEDURE:
1. Clear the steaks and depart them in a marinade for not less than 8 hours within the fridge.
2. For the marinade, combine the garlic, lemon juice, pepper, honey, mustard and thyme.
3. On a plate or griddle, cook dinner the pork items on either side.
4. As soon as they’re properly cooked, serve with mashed candy potatoes combined with the pulp of smoked eggplants (with out pores and skin) and seasoned with salt, chopped garlic and olive.
5. Season the dish with the Creole.
