CAVATELLIS WITH ESTOFADO

INGREDIENTS

  • – Flour 0000 800 g,
  • – Semolin 200 g.
  • – Egg 4 models.
  • – Spinach 1/2 bundle.
  • – Water 100 cc.
  • For the stew:
  • – Roast beef 1kg in medium cubes.
  • – 1kg pork in medium cubes.
  • – Chopped onion.
  • – Chopped morón.
  • – Chopped garlic.
  • – Parsley.
  • – Laurel.
  • – Tomato sauces.
  • – Floor chili.
  • – Peppers.
  • – Sal.
  • – Pepper.

A very good pasta dish, heat, do-it-yourself and with stew: spinach cavatellis

PROCEDURE:

1. Move the blender, water and egg via the blender.
2. Combine with the flour by kneading.
