Casserole ROAST LID WITH VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS

  • – 2 kg of roast tapa or different beef lower.
  • – 2 onions lower into julienne.
  • – 2 entire recent tomatoes (with out pores and skin).
  • – 1 giant carrot lower into items.
  • – 2 giant potatoes lower into cubes.
  • – 1 clove of garlic in slices.
  • – 1 glass of white wine or water.
  • – 1 bay leaf.
  • Condiments:
  • – Floor chili, oregano and paprika.
  • – Salt and pepper.

PROCEDURE:
1. Reduce the roast lid into thick slices (2 fingers thick).
2. In a saucepan, flippantly seal the meat on all sides.
3. Add the onion, garlic and bay leaf. Spice with salt and pepper.
4. As soon as the onion is sautéed, add the diced tomato, carrot, and potatoes. Add the white wine and/or water, the opposite seasonings and prepare dinner over reasonable warmth till the potatoes are tender.
