INGREDIENTS
- Sponge cake:
- – Egg 6 items.
- – Corn starch 250 g.
- – Sugar 250 g.
- – Vanilla essence 1 cdita.
- – Custard cream.
- Syrup:
- – Sugar 200 g.
- – Water 200 cc.
- – Cognac 50 cc.
- Caramel:
- – Sugar 200 g.
Put together this unbelievable home made flan cake, for candy lovers and flan followers. Step-by-step under
PROCEDURE:
1. Froth the eggs and add, integrating with enveloping actions, the cornstarch, sugar and vanilla essence. Bake in a tall, greased and floured pan for about 20 minutes.
2. Minimize into 3 circles. Reserve.
3. Make the syrup by bringing the sugar and water to a boil. As soon as the sugar has melted, flip off and add the cognac.
4. Within the caramel mould, place the new pastry case, the highest circle of the sponge cake and moisten with syrup. Repeat till you attain the tip. Flip over and put within the fridge.
