INGREDIENTS
- – Flour 0000 300 g.
- – Baking powder 1 tsp.
- – Salt 1 pinch.
- – Floor cinnamon 1 tbsp.
- – Sunflower oil 360cc.
- – Widespread sugar 240 g.
- – Black sugar 240 g.
- – Vanilla essence 1 tsp.
- – Eggs 5 models.
- – Grated carrots 360 g.
- – Pecan nuts 120 g.
- – Blonde raisins 100 g.
- Cream cheese:
- – Agency cream cheese 300 g.
- – Impalpable sugar 180 g.
- – Milk cream 100cc.
- – Orange zest 1 tsp.
1.Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
2.Grease two 24 cm molds. Put buttered parchment paper on the bottom of every one, butter and flour.
3.Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and floor cinnamon in a bowl.
4.In one other bowl, beat the oil with the 2 sugars and add the eggs separately. Then add all of the dry substances and combine nicely. Lastly add the finely grated carrots, the cut up pecans and the raisins.
5.Pour the preparation into two 24 cm molds and bake for roughly 40 minutes.
6.Take away the 2 bases from the oven and allow them to cool.
7.Beat the cream cheese till it’s smooth. Add the powdered sugar and orange zest. Lastly, add the cream and beat till reaching peaks.
8.Fill the cake and canopy it with the cream. Adorn with pecan nuts.
