Carrot and celery salad

4 small carrots (105 Kcal)
Celery, solely the middle, the clearest and most tender half (20 Kcal)
One tablespoon of olive oil (90 Kcal)
A couple of drops of lemon juice.
A couple of drops of sweetener
Salt to style

Preparation

– Peel the carrots and finely grate them.
– Wash the celery and minimize it into very small items.
– Combine the carrot with the celery and season with just a few drops of sweetener, salt, lemon juice and two touches of cooking spray or a tablespoon of olive oil.
