CARRÉ WRAPPED IN DOUGH

INGREDIENTS

  • Carré filling:
  • -Roasted eggplants
  • -Blue cheese
  • -Muzzarella
  • -Ajies asados
  • Time:
  • -1 cup self-rising flour
  • -1 cup of plain flour
  • -100 cm3 de aceite neutro
  • -Milk c/n
  • -Seed combine
  • -Salt and pepper
  • – Egg to color and floor nuts for the bottom
  • Salsa:
  • – Juice of 1 pink grapefruit
  • -1 orange
  • -100 cm3 of heavy cream, salt and pepper
  • Wonderful lengthy rice:
  • – Chopped garlic
  • – Onion ½ u
  • -Rice 200 gr
  • -Water or scorching 500 cc
  • -Saffron
  • -Salt and pepper

CARRE WRAPPED IN DOUGH, with rice! Very best menu for dinner:

Process:

1.Roast the eggplants wrapped in aluminum foil. Then take away the pulp with a spoon, place it in a bowl with blue cheese, the grated mozzarella and the roasted bell peppers in strips.

2. Warmth the carre and fill it. You may make a cylinder and freeze it to fill higher and extra evenly.
3. Stretch the dough. Paint it with egg and place floor nuts on the bottom to waterproof it.
4. Place the cart and assemble it like a bit basket that’s not fully lined.
5. Cook dinner for about 40 minutes.
6. For the sauce, cut back the juices and add the cream and season with salt and pepper.
7. For the rice, place a bit garlic and the onion in a saucepan and make it clear with oil and add the rice, till it turns into pearly.
8. Add the broth or water with the saffron. Cook dinner for about 18 minutes.
9. Serve the carre with the rice.
