Carbonara sauce

A cheap dish that’s normally a wonderful selection. The carbonara sauce is particular to accompany dry pasta: noodles, spaghetti, penne, buns, bucatini, and so forth.

Elements:

Smoked bacon in a bit, 200 g
Egg yolks, 3
Milk cream, 200 g
Parmesan cheese, 200 g
Smoked bacon, 200 g
Impartial oil (e.g. sunflower), 1 tablespoon

Preparation:

– Take away the pores and skin from the bacon and minimize into strips.
– Grate the cheese.
