INGREDIENTS
- For the almond and orange dough:
- – 150 g butter.
- – 80 g powdered sugar.
- – 35 g almond flour.

Lovely and spectacular CARAMELIZED APPLE AND CITRUS CREAM CAKE with an almond dough and many fruits!
PROCEDURE:
For the almond and orange dough :
1. Combine the butter together with the orange zest and powdered sugar, add the egg little by little.
