Caramel cheesecake

Components:

For the mass:

1 cup (kind of 100 g) of candy cookies

2 tablespoons of sugar

3 tablespoons of butter

For the filling:

1 sachet of unflavored gelatin

1/4 cup (three heaped tablespoons) milk

250 g Philadelphia cream cheese

2 eggs

a pinch of salt

1 heaping cup of dulce de leche (about 200 gr)

A teaspoon of vanilla essence

Preparation of the dough:

– Crush the cookies with the sugar within the processor. Add the chilly melted butter and course of for one minute. Coat a medium spherical springform mould with this combination, urgent with the underside of a spoon. Go away within the fridge.

Preparation of the filling:

Put the milk in a small bowl, sprinkle with the gelatin and go away till fluffy.

Beat the eggs, cheese, gelatin, salt and vanilla with a mixer till very foamy.

Add the dulce de leche and blend nicely. Put the filling within the mould with the cookies.

Prepare dinner in a double boiler till strong however not dry, about 40 minutes.

Let it cool nicely earlier than unmolding.

It may be adorned with whipped cream or chocolate topping.
