Components:
– Three spherical tomatoes, neither too inexperienced nor too ripe
– Two scoops of excellent high quality mozzarella
– A sprig of basil leaves
– Olive oil
– Salt and pepper
Preparation:
– Reduce the mozzarella into slices one centimeter thick.
– Reduce the tomatoes into even slices one centimeter thick.
– On a serving platter or platter, alternate the mozzarella slices with the tomato slices. Between the 2 elements, put a basil leaf.
– Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
