CANE HONEY PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grs harina 0000 o leudante
  • 250 g molasses, liquid cane honey
  • 1 tablespoon of bicarbonate
  • 2 egg
  • 50 ml orange juice and zest
  • 100 g of butter
  • 100 g of cream
  • pinch salt
  • Further quince or candy potato lower into strips lengthwise
  • Crumble
  • Butter 100 gr
  • Frequent sugar 100 gr
  • Meals 100 gr
  • Corn starch 50 gr

Preferrred to accompany a scrumptious mate, this cane honey pudding.

– Preheat the oven to 180°. Butter and flour the mould.

– In a bowl, beat the butter with the molasses, add the eggs 1 at a time, lastly the cream, orange juice and zest.

– Sift the dried ones then add to the cream, place quince sticks in a mould and crumble on prime, bake in a medium oven for about 40 minutes.
