CALZONE WITH TWO FILLINGS

INGREDIENTS

  • – Provolone 200 g.
  • – Roasted garlic 1 head.
  • – Olive oil.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • Filling 2:
  • – Eggplants.
  • – Onions.
  • – Basil.
  • – Olives.
  • – Roasted tomato.
  • – Grated cheeses.
  • – To complete above:

    tomato sauce and grated cheese.

We share this recipe for calzone with two fillings, spinach, mozzarella and provolone, with roasted garlic. And eggplant, onion, basil and tomato.

PROCEDURE:
