INGREDIENTS

- – Sal.

- – Chopped garlic.
- – 2 bundles of spinach.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – Chopped onion 2 models.
- – Nutmeg.
- – Grated cheese.
- – 8 hard-boiled eggs.
We share the recipe for this spectacular Easter cake, made from spinach and egg with selfmade dough.
PROCEDURE:
For the mass:
1. Make a dough, mixing all of the elements, as soon as the bun is made, let it
relaxation for 10 minutes.
2. Divide the dough in two and stretch. Line the mould, fill and place the

Stuffed:
1. Sauté the chopped onion with the garlic, as soon as it’s golden brown, add the chopped spinach, season and let it cool.
