Caesar or Caesar salad

Caesar salad will be ready with hen, anchovies, shrimp or ham. I significantly like this variant that has bacon.

Components

Lettuce (ideally buttery, 2
Egg yolks, 2
Olive oil, 8 tablespoons
Diced breadcrumbs, 1 cup
Salt and black pepper, ideally freshly floor, to style.
