- – Crema 200 cc.

Scrumptious CABUTIA GNOCCHI WITH CHEESE SAUCE to take pleasure in at residence! Very home made with cream sauce, blue cheese and chives
PROCEDURE:
1. Bake the cabutia squash in medium with olive, sugar, salt and pepper.
2. Place it in a bowl and blend with an egg, grated cheese, nutmeg and start to combine together with your palms.
3. Add the flour and blend once more together with your palms.
4. Make the gnocchi with the noquera or depart them rustic. Boil them in water and salt.
5. For the sauce, warmth the cream in a pan and dissolve a little bit blue cheese in it. Pour the gnocchi into the sauce and end.
6. Serve the gnocchi with shredded blue cheese and chopped chives.
