Cabbage pie and peanut crumble

INGREDIENTS

  • – 6 cloves of garlic.
  • – 1 medium broccoli.
  • – 2 branches of rosemary.
  • – 5 tbsp soy sauce.
  • – 1 medium cauliflower.
  • – 1 onion.
  • – 1 handful of sage.
  • – 3 tablespoons of flaked coconut.
  • – 1 orange.
  • – ½ pumpkin.
  • – 1 handful of thyme.
  • – 1 department of cinnamon.
  • – 3 tablespoons of entire sugar.
  • – 5 tbsp of brown rice flour.
  • – 1 pinch of nutmeg.
  • – 500 cc of coconut milk.
  • – Sea salt, pepper and olive oil c/n.
  • For the crumble:
  • – 250 g of peanuts.
  • – 1 handful of sage.
  • – 1 handful of thyme.
  • – 1 handful of rosemary.
  • – 50 g of natural sugar.
  • – 5 tbsp of brown rice flour.
  • – Sea salt, pepper and olive oil c/n.
  • For the teriyaki sauce:
  • – Ginger.
  • – Cardamom.
  • – Peppers.

1.For the crumble: Coarsely chop the peanuts and sage.

2.Toast the peanuts in a big frying pan over very low warmth and stirring consistently.

3.Then, add the sugar, a pinch of salt, one other pinch of pepper and eight tablespoons of olive oil. Mingle. After a minute add the rice flour, incorporate and proceed cooking for two minutes.
