Cabbage and orange salad

Substances

Small, medium cabbage
Oranges, two
Black olives, 100 g
Selfmade or bought mayonnaise, half a cup
Heavy cream, half a cup
Apple cider vinegar, two tablespoons
Salt and pepper to style

Preparation

– Wash the cabbage and reduce it into very skinny strips.
– Peel the oranges, eradicating any white stays from the pores and skin.
– Reduce the oranges into skinny slices after which reduce these slices into 4, discarding the seeds.
– Pit the black olives and reduce them in half.
– Place the heavy cream in a bowl and season it with salt and vinegar.
– Combine all of the substances and season with the mayonnaise and cream.
