INGREDIENTS
- – 500 g of rump or loin ball minimize into very skinny slices
- – 1/4 medium white onion
- – 1/4 medium crimson apple
- – 4 cloves of garlic
- – 5 g ginger
- – 50 g soy sauce
- – 40 g of honey
- – 20 g sesame oil
- – 2 greens, inexperienced half minimize 5 cm, white half julienne
- – 1/2 onion in a 5mm thick pen
- – 1/2 carrot julienned
BULGOGI is a typical dish of Korean delicacies. The basic ingredient is the meat minimize into strips and marinated with soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and garlic that may later be cooked, ideally on the grill, though it may be roasted within the oven or fried in a pan.
PROCEDURE:
1. Mix onion, apple, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and honey. Add honey, sesame oil and blend.
2. Marinate the meat together with the greens, onion and carrot.
3. Let marinate for at the very least 1 hour within the fridge.
4. In a frying pan over excessive warmth, add two tablespoons of vegetable oil and sauté the
bulgogi in small batches in order that it caramelizes a little bit and isn’t left with
boiled meat texture.
5. Serve with sesame seeds on high and accompany with white rice,
ideally double carolina.
