- INGREDIENTS:

- – Flour 200 g.
- – Egg 4 items.
- – Sal 4 g.
- – Cocoa 30 g.
- Chocolate tub:
- – Chocolate 100 g.
- – Milk cream 50 cc.
- – Butter 200 g.

LEMON PUDDING
PROCEDURE:
1. Butter and flour the pudding pan.
2. Preheat the oven.
3. Beat the oil with the sugar with an electrical or wire mixer.
4. As soon as properly blended, add the egg, poppy seeds, lemon juice and zest.
5. Add the sifted flour with the cornstarch and baking powder and blend with a spatula or picket spoon.
6. Pour the combination into the pudding pan,

MARBLE PUDDING DRIED IN CHOCOLATE
PROCEDURE:
