  • – Sugar 340 g.
  • – Flour 0000 170 g.
  • – Bitter cacao 30 g.
  • – Sal 10 g.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Walnut 100 g.
  • To embellish:
  • – Crema chantilly.
  • – Caramel sauce.
  • – Italian meringue.

Process:

1.Soften the butter with the chocolate in a bain-marie.
