INGREDIENTS
- – 300 g of white chocolate.
- – 150 g of butter
- – 4 eggs.
- – 200 g of sugar.
- – 200 g of flour.
- – 400 g of pastry dulce de leche.
- – 300 cc of milk cream.
- – To brighten nuts or darkish chocolate (elective).
WHITE BROWNIE CAKE scrumptious and exquisite to organize at residence!
PROCEDURE:
1. Soften the chocolate with the butter.
2. Beat the eggs with the sugar by hand.
3. Mix each preparations with the flour.
4. Put in a 24 cm spherical mould.
5. Bake in a minimal oven (150ºC) for 40 minutes.
6. Beat the whipped cream, add the dulce de leche and high with the cream.
7. Beautify with nuts or darkish chocolate.
