BROWNIE

INGREDIENTS

  • – Butter 200 g.
  • – Chocolate semiamargo 300 g.
  • – Egg 6 items.
  • – Sugar 340 g.
  • – Flour 0000 170 g.
  • – Bitter cacao 30 g.
  • – Sal 10 g.
  • – Walnuts 100 g.
  • To brighten:
  • – Crema chantilly.
  • – Caramel sauce.
  • – Italian meringue.

Very selfmade brownie to brighten and luxuriate in as you want: with cream, dulce de leche and meringue, strawberries, blueberries or the fruits that you just like probably the most.

PROCEDURE:

1. Soften the chocolate with the butter, add the eggs, combine with a wire whisk and add the dry components.
2. Pour right into a buttered mould.
