INGREDIENTS
- For the bottom:
- – 300 g flour.
- – 30 g of grated cheese.
- – 1 egg.
- – 130 g of butter at room temperature.

- – 2 sausages (about 200 g).
- – 400 g of cooked broccoli.

- Pasta with broccoli pesto:
- – Dry pasta 1 package deal
- – Tomates cherrys 10 unid.
- – Sugar, oil, salt, pepper and thyme.
- – Broccoli 1 unit.
- – Garlic 1 clove.
- – Grated cheese.
- – Roasted peanuts.
- – Salt, pepper and olive oil.

PROCEDURE:
1. In a big frying pan, warmth a little bit additional virgin olive oil.
2. Crumble the sausages, eradicating the pores and skin, and brown for a couple of minutes, stirring consistently.
3. Pour within the broccoli already cooked and reduce into items and let it prepare dinner, stirring often.

1. For the cherry tomatoes, sauté the entire cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, black sugar and thyme.
2. For the pesto, blanch the broccoli seedlings. Place in a mixer glass with garlic, grated cheese and blend including oil. If needed, pasta cooking water.
3. In a frying pan, sauté broccoli florets with sliced garlic.
4. Add the pasta and pesto, plus the cherrys.
5. Serve, take pleasure in!
