INGREDIENTS
- For the bottom:
- – 300 g flour.
- – 30 g of grated cheese.
- – 1 egg.
- – 130 g of butter at room temperature.
- – 1/2 package deal of yeast.
- – 1 tablespoon of salt
- For the filling:
- – 2 chorizo (about 200 g).
- – 400 g of cooked broccoli.
- – 200 g of diced mozzarella.
- – C/N of additional virgin olive oil.
- – 1 pinch of pepper.
- – C/N of additional virgin olive oil.
BROCCOLI CAKE
PROCEDURE:
1. In a big frying pan, warmth a bit additional virgin olive oil.
2. Crumble the sausages, eradicating the pores and skin, and brown for a couple of minutes, stirring consistently.
3. Pour within the broccoli already cooked and minimize into items and let it prepare dinner, stirring often.
4. Let’s add a pinch of pepper. We flip off the warmth and let it cool.
5. Put together the flour in a bowl, add the grated cheese and salt. Then add half an envelope of Yeast. We combine nicely.
6. We mix the butter at room temperature and an egg. We knead nicely with our arms to combine all of the elements and keep a sandy consistency.
7. Put together a spherical frying pan 24 cm in diameter, with the underside lined with parchment paper. We place half of the dough, urgent nicely with our arms to type the bottom.
8. To the chorizo and broccoli filling that we have now ready within the pan, we add the chopped mozzarella and blend.
9. Place the filling on the bottom. Then with the remainder of the dough we cowl all the filling. We add little by little with our arms, persevering with to crumble and press evenly.
10. We bake for about 45 minutes at 180ºC.
11. As soon as cooked, take it out of the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. We take away from the mould.
