INGREDIENTS
- For the bottom:
- – 300 g flour.
- – 30 g of grated cheese.
- – 1 egg.
- – 130 g of butter at room temperature.
- – 1 day

- – 200 g of smoked bacon.
- – 400 g of cooked broccoli.
- – 2 onions.
- – 200 g of diced mozzarella.

PROCEDURE:
For the filling:
1. In a big frying pan, warmth and sauté the bacon till golden.
2. Add the onion till clear.
3. Pour within the broccoli already cooked and reduce into items and let it prepare dinner, stirring often.

For the bottom:
5. Put together the flour in a bowl, add the grated cheese and salt. Then the baking powder. We combine nicely.
