BREAST STUFFED WITH SQUASH FLAN

INGREDIENTS

  • – Breasts 2 models.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Orange juice.
  • – Garlic in wheels.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Ham and cheese.
  • – Sautéed spinach.
  • – Thick white sauce.
  • Crunchy:
  • – Water cookies 100 g.
  • – Butter 50 g.
  • – Recent herbs.
  • Garrison:

    Zucchini flan

  • – Zucchini 4 models.
  • – Eggs 3 models.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Onion 1 unit.
  • – Grated cheese.
  • – Grilled potatoes to accompany.

BREAST STUFFED WITH SQUARE FLAN scrumptious dish with plenty of taste!

PROCEDURE:
1. For the breasts, marinate within the orange juice for half an hour.
2. Fill them with ham, cheese, sautéed spinach and white sauce.
3. Seal the breasts in a pan and place within the oven for 10 minutes. Within the final 5 minutes, add the crunch and return to the oven till golden.
4. For the crunch, course of the water cookies and blend with the butter and herbs. Stretch between two skinny plastic wrap and place within the chilly.
5. For the zucchini flan, sauté the zucchini with the onion in a pot or frying pan with no lid till tender. Add the eggs, salt, pepper, grated cheese and place within the oven in a bain-marie till the eggs coagulate.
6. Serve every little thing collectively, and revel in.
