BREAD PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

  • – Complete milk 1 L.
  • – Milk cream 200 cc.
  • – Eggs 8 items.
  • – Yolks 6 items.
  • – Sugar 160 g.
  • – Lemon zest 2 items.
  • – Bread crumbs or butter croissants 400 g.
  • Caramel:
  • – Sugar 500 g.
  • – Water 200 cc.
  • Extras:
  • – Contemporary mint 50 g.
  • – Contemporary small strawberries 500 g.
  • – Contemporary blueberries 200 g.
  • – Recordsdata 3 pcs.
  • – Contemporary mango 2 pcs.
  • – Dulce de leche pastry chef 1 sleeve.
  • – Crema mounted 1 sleeve.

BREAD PUDDING One of many desserts we love essentially the most!

PROCEDURE:

Caramel:
