Elaboration
– In a steel mildew, warmth 150 g. of sugar till it turns into caramel. Reserve.
– Take away the crust from the bread and minimize it into cubes.
– Grate the lemon peel, solely the yellow half.
– Heat the milk along with the opposite 150 g. of sugar and vanilla essence.
– Add the lemon zest and bread cubes to the nice and cozy milk.
– Let it relaxation for a couple of minutes.
– Break up the bread with a fork or course of it.
– Individually, beat the eggs little or no along with the heavy cream.
– Add the eggs to the bread and milk combination.
– Add the raisins and blend very nicely.
– Pour into the caramel mildew.
– Prepare dinner in a medium oven, in a bain-marie, for 1 hour.

– Serve heat or chilly, it may be accompanied with dulce de leche or chantilly cream.
