INGREDIENTS
- – 3 cups of wheat flour.
- – 1 cup of tibia water.
- – 3 tablespoons (soup) of oil.
- – 1 spoon (soup) of cachaça.
- – 1 tbsp of salt.
- – Wheat flour to work the dough.
- Stuffed:
- – Minced meat 1 kg.
- – Chopped onion 1 kg.
- – Verdeo 300 g.
- – Eggs 4 items.
- – Inexperienced olives.
- – Salt and black pepper.
- – Peppers.
- – Floor chili.
- – Oil.
BRAZILIAN MEAT PIE with wheat flour dough stuffed with minced meat, onion, eggs and olives
PROCEDURE:
For the mass:
1. Make a dough by becoming a member of all of the elements till it’s easy.
2. Let it relaxation for half-hour and stretch in a machine till it’s roughly 1 cm thick.
For the filling:
1. In a pot, combine all of the elements and let it prepare dinner as if it have been the filling of an empanada.
Armed:
1. Reduce some 15 x 20 cm rectangles with a wheel, fill half and shut it.
2. Fry in loads of oil.
