BRAZED OSSOBUCO EMPANADAS

INGREDIENTS

  • – Empanada lid 12 items.
  • – Oil c/n.
  • – Ossobuco 5 wheels braised (recycled).
  • – Morron.
  • – Onion 2 items.
  • – Inexperienced onion 2 items.
  • – Garlic 3 cloves.
  • – Egg 2 items.
  • – Olive oil.
  • – Sal.
  • – Pepper.
  • – Floor chili.
  • – Cumin.
  • – Heat c/n.

PROCEDURE:
1. In a frying pan with olive, sauté the pink onion and add the shredded meat.
2. Season with salt, pepper, cumin and end with chopped garlic. Add broth if needed or cooking inventory from the braising.
3. Let it cool and add chopped egg and inexperienced onion.
4. Assemble the empanadas with the filling.
5. Bake or fry.
