INGREDIENTS
- – 1 gigot of lamb.

- – Recent herbs:
thyme, oregano, child beet leaves and chard.

PROCEDURE:
1. For the lamb, marinate with herbs and garlic, place in a robust oven till browned for about 1 hour.
