Spectacular braised bondiola sandwich with barbecue to get pleasure from at dwelling!
PROCEDURE:
1. Place the entire bondiola in a dish, season with salt and pepper and paint with the barbecue.
2. Add the greens.
3. Add the blonde beer and just a little vegetable broth and canopy with aluminum foil.
4. Bake in a medium oven for about 2 hours.
5. Crumble the bondiola and reserve in its juice.
