BRAZED BONDIOLA SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS

  • – Sandwich bread
  • Para la bondiola:
  • – Bondiola (1 of two ½ okay approx.)

  • – Recent lemon juice ½ cup
  • – Garlic, chopped 7 cloves

  • – Dried oregano 3 tbsp
  • – Salt and black pepper to style
  • – Floor chili 1 tbsp
  • – Cumin 2 tbsp
  • – Candy paprika 3 tbsp
  • For the pico de gallo:
  • – Pear tomato, seedless, diced 1 x 1 cm 4 items.
  • – Purple onion, finely julienned 1 unit
  • – Recent cilantro, in leaves 1 handful
  • – Juice of ½ lemon
  • Extras:
  • – 2 mm reduce provoleta (12 fetas)
  • – Guacamole
  • – Nachos

Spectacular braised bondiola sandwich

PROCEDURE:

1. Combine all of the marinade components (liquefy them beforehand)
