INGREDIENTS
- – 1 bondiola.
- – 2 carrots in items.
- – 1 chopped onion.
- – 2 cloves of crushed garlic.
- – 1 bouquet of herbs.
- – 1 L of black beer.
- – 100 g of flour.
- – 2 glasses of vegetable broth.
- – 2 tablespoons of butter.
- – 2 tablespoons of honey.
Spectacular recipe for bondiola with beer to get pleasure from accompanied by mashed bondiola or candy potatoes
PROCEDURE:
1. Reduce the bondiola into 3cm thick steaks. Season with salt and pepper, dredge in flour and in a frying pan with butter, seal on either side. Add the garlic, sauté the onion.
2. Add the beer, carrots and herbs. Cook dinner over low warmth for roughly 1 hour. Add broth if requested.
3. And at last add honey, to provide shine, sweetness and creaminess.
4. Serve with mashed candy potatoes or candy potatoes.
