INGREDIENTS
- – 1 bondiola
- – 2 massive chopped onions
- – 2 every pink, inexperienced and yellow bell pepper
- – 3 inexperienced onions, separating the inexperienced half for final
- – White wine
- – Vermuth
- – Warmth
- – 2 cubed candy potatoes
- – ½ pumpkin cubed
- – Tomato puree
- – 2 sliced corn
- – Milk cream
Take pleasure in this disc bondiolite cooked with white wine, vermouth and plenty of greens.
PROCEDURE:
1. Place oil and bondiola cubes on a disc.
2. Then the onions, the three-color bell peppers, and inexperienced onion.
3. Deglaze with white wine and just a little broth
4. Lower the candy potatoes and pumpkin into cubes, place on a cooking plate and add to the disc, with just a little tomato puree and small sliced corn.
5. End with milk cream
