BONDIOLA MILANESASE SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS

  • For the Milanese:
  • – Pork bondiola 8 milanesas, 1 cm thick.
  • – Panko 2 massive cups.
  • – Flour 1 massive cup.
  • – Eggs 2 items.
  • – Salt and black pepper to style.
  • – Sunflower oil c/n for frying.
  • Candy and bitter onions:
  • – Purple onion lower 3 mm thick 2 items.
  • – 2 cups of alcohol vinegar.
  • – 1 cup of water.
  • – ½ cup of sugar.
  • – 3 bay leaves.
  • – 1 tbsp black peppercorns.
  • – 2 cloves of garlic, sliced.
  • Herbed Mustard Sauce:
  • – Mustard with herbs 5 tbsp.
  • – Laborious boiled egg 1 unit.
  • – Capers 1 tbsp.
  • – Parsley 1 handful.
  • – Cucumber 1 tbsp.
  • For meeting:
  • – Sandwich bread.
  • – Butter lettuce.

We do not need to tempt you… however have a look at this super bloody bondiola milanesa with candy and bitter onions and mustard sauce with herbs

PROCEDURE:
1. Crush the Milanese just a little, coat them in flour, seasoned egg and panko and put aside within the fridge for half-hour. Then fry till golden brown and drain on absorbent paper.
2. Boil the onions with the remainder of the components for five minutes. Flip off the warmth and reserve within the combination.
3. Combine all of the mustard sauce components.
4. Toast the bread and assemble the sandwich.
