INGREDIENTS

- – 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- – 50 g of chilly butter in cubes.
- – 1 overwhelmed egg to color.
- – 1 tbsp sugar to sprinkle.

PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
2. Grease a 24 cm diameter detachable cake tin.
