INGREDIENTS
- – 200 g of blueberries.
- – 2 eggs.
- – 80 g of sugar.
- – 30 g of floor almonds.
- – 20 g of flour.
- – 100 cc of milk.
- – 1 cdita of vanilla essence.
Blueberry clafoutis, the best recipe to improvise a wealthy, recent and lightweight dessert
PROCEDURE:
1. Warmth the oven to 180º C and butter a low spherical mildew, about 20 cm in diameter.
2. Beat the eggs with the sugar, milk and vanilla. Add the bottom almonds and sifted flour, combine every little thing till you could have a lightweight dough.
3. Pour the dough into the beforehand buttered and sugared mildew and unfold the blueberries over your entire floor.
4. Bake on a rack for about half-hour or till the cream has set, relying on the oven.
5. Take away the mildew from the oven, let it cool and sprinkle with icing sugar to brighten, if desired.
