- – Olive oil 2 tbsp.
- – Floor chili c/n.
- – Oregano c/n.

- – Eggs.
- – Frozen peas 200 g.
- – Bay leaf.
- – Chopped garlic 1 head.
- – Parsley.
- – Scorching greens or meat c/n.

PROCEDURE:
1. Creole steaks: Minimize the bell pepper into strips, the potatoes into cubes and the onion into julienne strips.
2. Brown the meat in olive oil, dredged in flour. Reserve.
3. Sauté the onion and bell pepper, season with salt and pepper and add the bay leaf.
4. Add the diced tomato. Cowl with tomato puree and broth. Add the meat and potatoes.
5. Cook dinner for 10 minutes and add the uncooked eggs, peas and parsley.
6. Cook dinner till the eggs are prepared.
